Division Head - Camp Sequoia (PA)

Camp Sequoia makes meaningful and profound changes in the lives of our campers. Are you someone who wants to be part of a research-based, evidence informed intentional community? Our Division Heads are college graduates responsible for inspiring change in campers at Camp Sequoia. Each  is hired for unique and specialized knowledge and ability to work with a non-neurotypical  population. A division head will lead and provide guidance to general counselors. At times this role will range from whole group dynamics to working with campers 1:1 outside the scope of the activity in order for the activity to be a success for the remainder of the campers. A division head will be responsible for  portions of written camper evaluations and will collaborate daily with the directorate to ensure smooth camp operation. We'd love to see you as part of the Camp Sequoia team. Salary starts at $3,500+ Depending on experience.
