Camp Counselor - American Collegiate Adventures (VT)

SUMMER 2020

Become part of the American Collegiate Adventures (ACA) summer team! ACA is a summer pre-college enrichment program for high school students. Staff members must be dedicated, responsible and flexible individuals who enjoy working hard in a high-energy environment. Staff members receive invaluable training and experience in leadership and mentoring.

The staff stay on-campus at the University of Vermont with the students and escort them to classes and activities during our 4 week residential program.

Responsibilities:

o Maintaining a safe, supportive and fun environment for all students

o Advising/mentoring students

o Developing, facilitating and participating in activities

o Living with and supervising students in residence halls/hotels

Eligibility:
o Applicants must be college graduates and at least 21 years old by July 5, 2020
o Applicants must have past experience working with high school students
o Compensation: room, board, transportation and a competitive stipend
